As a committed player and leading manufacturer of surgical masks, Iris Ohyama contributes to supporting associations and foundations in the fight against Covid 19.
More than 50,000 adult masks and 10,000 children's masks were handed over last week by Sophie VANDOME, HR and QHSE Director to the Ellen Poidatz Foundation, represented by Sébastien PAUTASSO-CHADOUTAUD, General Manager of the Foundation & Pascal OUDOIRE, Quality and Risk Management Manager.
Created in 1919 by Ellen Poidatz to care for and educate paralysed children, and recognised as being of public interest since 1922, the Foundation has developed and now has 29 establishments, health, medico-social and early childhood centres and services located mainly in Seine-et-Marne (77), and also in Hauts-de-Seine (92), Seine-Saint-Denis (93) and Val d'Oise (95).
Thanks to its Research and Innovation Department, the Ellen Poidatz Foundation is developing its actions and diversifying its service offer to better meet the needs and expectations of children, adolescents and adults with disabilities and their families. Nearly 1,000 professionals put their skills, expertise, know-how, ethics and motivation at the service of 2,200 children and 300 adults to guarantee them adapted, individualised and regularly reassessed care and support.
Iris Ohyama is proud to support this Foundation, whose current and future projects are in line with the evolution of our society, to enable the aspirations and life choices of each person to be taken into account, in complete autonomy, guaranteeing the full exercise of rights and citizenship for children and adults with disabilities.
