IRIS OHYAMA FRANCE obtains a score of 92/100 in the 2022 gender equality index.



This note highlights the work carried out on the issue of gender equality. It is the result of our ambitious HR policy, which is based on people, the engine of performance and a real lever for increasing the satisfaction of our customers and our partners.


Calculated over 12 consecutive months, the index uses precise formulas based on 5 indicators:

- The gender pay gap,

- The difference in the distribution of individual increases,

- The gap in the distribution of promotions,

- The number of employees increased on their return from maternity leave,

- The number of women and men among the 10 highest earners.
